Over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to receive a few awards and nominations, both for my own work and for projects I’ve helped bring to life. This is my little virtual trophy cabinet.

2026 • Winner: Best Creative Newsletter
The Bagatelles, Inbox Awards
My independent literary newsletter, The Bagatelles, won gold in the Best Creative Newsletter category at the 2026 Inbox Awards, which attracted more than 200 entries and celebrate the very best of Sweden’s newsletters.
The jury’s citation:
This year’s winner transforms the inbox into a place for literature. Through short stories, unexpected worlds and a playful approach to form, readers are invited to escape everyday life for a moment. Here, the newsletter becomes a direct link between writer and audience, offering room for both experimentation and a distinctive voice of its own.
2026 • Bronze & Finalist: Newsletter Awards
Skaffarbrevet, Inbox Awards
Skaffarbrevet, a newsletter produced by the contemporary documentation team at the Nordic Museum, won bronze for Newsletter of the Year and was also a finalist for Best Creative Newsletter.
From the jury’s citation:
By inviting readers to contribute to the preservation of contemporary life, the newsletter creates a sense of participation, bringing together public education, community and a shared purpose.
2026 • Winner: Contemporary Documentation of the Year
Nordic Days and Nights, Nordic Museum
Nordic Days and Nights, a project I led at the Nordic Museum, received the 2025 Contemporary Documentation of the Year award, presented by the Swedish contemporary documentation network DOSS in April 2026.
The project invites people to record their everyday lives, preserving the ordinary moments of our days and nights for future generations.
From the jury’s citation:
The project brings together innovative methods, long-term commitment and broad participation. By combining digital collection with face-to-face encounters, it captures often overlooked moments of everyday life and helps preserve them as cultural heritage.
2022 • Finalist: Educational Award of the Year
My Life, Nordic Museum and Swedish Educational Broadcasting
My Life (Mitt liv), a nationwide project inviting primary school pupils to document their everyday experiences and thoughts about the future, was selected as one of three finalists from 26 entries for the 2021 Educational Award of the Year, announced in 2022.
From the jury’s citation:
By allowing children and young people to become co-creators of history, the project raises important questions. Its connection to a similar initiative from 1942 encourages empathy, critical thinking and a deeper understanding of the world around us.

2014 • Winner: Best Feature Reportage
My Neighbourhood, Nacka Värmdö Posten
My newspaper series My Neighbourhood (Mitt kvarter) won Best Feature Reportage in the culture, entertainment and sport category at Sweden’s Free Newspaper Awards.
For the series, I revisited neighbourhoods across Stockholm, Nacka and Värmdö alongside the architects who had designed them. Together, we took a trip down memory lane, exploring the ideas, ambitions and memories behind the places people call home.
